3:00 PM Mulled wine and homemade Christmas cookies
6:00 PM Welcome drink & snacks before dinner
6:30 PM 4-course Christmas dinner in a separate room
- Fried cod with kale, nuts and browned butter
- Duck breast with celery, mushrooms and Marco Polo sauce
- Mont d'Or wafer with prunes
- Orange dessert with chocolate, almond crunch and fresh orange sorbet
9:30 p.m. Evening coffee/tea and petit fours

Optional fifth course, served before the cod; Beetroot-graved salmon DKK 195.00 per person.
Menu can be changed to a traditional Christmas buffet served by 4 tempi:
1st serving: Herring table with appropriate accessories as well as eggs and shrimp (bowl on the tables)
2nd serving: Hot smoked salmon salad with sour cream, herbs and roe (plate-served)
3rd serving: Medister, pork roast and duck roast with red cabbage, white and browned potatoes and Christmas sauce (large buffet)
4th serving: Cheese table with sweet and crispy and rice a la mande with cherry sauce
Supplement per person for changing the menu for the Christmas buffet DKK 100.00 for a minimum of 10 people.
