As a Sales Manager at Hesselet, your primary role will be to drive sales to ensure increased revenue and growth. Your responsibilities will range from selling conference and meeting facilities and rooms, to working with the director to set the hotel's sales strategy.
You will play a crucial role in strengthening our brand, increasing market share and achieving our business goals. Your role also involves building and maintaining close relationships with customers, to ensure repeat visits and long-term partnerships.
Your work as a sales manager is crucial to the hotel's success and reputation, as it directly affects our revenue, growth and ability to remain competitive in a dynamic hotel & conference industry.
Your efforts are key to maintaining a healthy and profitable business while ensuring that our guests have memorable and successful stays with us.
The position does not offer management responsibility, but you will of course be part of Hotel Hesselet's management group where together we create the framework for strong, healthy operations, open and honest dialogue and a good working environment across the entire hotel.
